The second of three '90 Sound+Vision tour shows, and I think the best of the trio.

blackout uploaded this show in Dec. '09. In his posting, he observed, "An outstanding quality audio of the first night of the London run of the Sound and Vision Tour. Whoever taped this one knew what they were doing, the sound is simply fantastic. The setlist is pretty standard for this leg of the tour. Bowie and band apologize for taking the stage late before breaking into a nice version of Changes. Helden's website lists [a recording] as being of far less quality than this recording, which leads me to believe perhaps this one does not circulate much. In any event kick back, turn this one up and enjoy it. Once in a while with all the shows I do I pick one out and go 'I have to upload this.' This one would be one of those shows."

Not unexpectedly, there were SBEs on every track, so I fixed them all and then created a new .ffp file. Otherwise, I changed nothing.
