FIONA APPLE AND BLAKE MILLS
2013/10/25 - Lincoln Theatre; Washington DC, USA

Source: CA-14's (Cards) > Church Audio ST-9100 > Edirol R09-HR @ 24/96
Location: 2' LOC (Sec CTR LFT, Row G, Seat 108) *STEALTH*
Editing: Tracking, fades, and EQ were done while the show was laid in Sony Soundforge 9.0a (Build 297) as a wav file. Select audience applause between / during songs was mitigated using the "Click and Crackle" removal tools. Periodic loud points were gently enveloped to allow for more headroom in normalization. Normalization performed on each channel independently to -0.10dB.
Conversion: 24/96 source resampled/redithered using r8brain 1.9 on "Very High Quality" setting. 16/44.1 wavs converted to flac using Trader's Little Helper v.2.7.0 (Build 172)

********************************
This is the burn-ready 16bit / 44.1kHz version of the recording.
The full quality, 24/96 version is also available and is the only
version that I will be archiving.

MISC NOTES:
My first time seeing Fiona. At first I was bummed out to see that she'd decided to share this bill with some guy I'd never heard of, but the show was amazing and Blake Mills was a terrific addition who added a lot to the performance without eclipsing Fiona. This was the first of two nights at The Lincoln Theatre in DC on the final stop of the 12-city tour, I attended and recorded only the one show, which happened to be on my two-year anniversary with my girlfriend, Daphne, whom accompanied me to the show. The show was officially sold-out, however inside it appeared to be at about 80-90% capacity.
