In Audacity, I put the tracks in order and edited crowd noise in between tracks so the flow from one song to the next would be better.

Tracks:
01. Keys Intro (2006-11-05) *
02. The World at Large (2005-02-28)
03. Float On (2007-04-29)
04. Ocean Breathes Salty (2005-06-13)
05. Bury Me With It (2005-06-06)
06. I've Got it All (Most) (2003-05-10) &
07. Dance Hall (2008-06-23)
08. Bukowski (2006-11-05)
09. This Devil's Workday (2004-02-13) !
10. The View (2007-05-02)
11. Satin in a Coffin (2004-12-13)
12. Interlude (Isaac) (2005-06-13) $
13. Blame it on the Tetons (2005-06-06)
14. Black Cadillacs (2008-06-26)
15. One Chance (2004-12-13)
16. The Good Times are Killing Me (2005-06-26) %

* This is in the place of "Horn Intro" from the album. It's actually a short clip from the intro of an improvised jam the band played; Isaac is playing keyboard, since the jam came right after "The World at Large" in that show.
& I've placed this song where it appears on the DualDisc release of Good News.
! Taken from the end jam of a version of "Cowboy Dan", and is entirely different from the album version of "This Devil's Workday" except for the lyrics; however, I feel it works well as a standalone song so I've included it for completion's sake. The band did play "Devil's Workday" with the Dirty Dozen Brass Band during their 2008 tour, but no lossless recordings have surfaced. If you've got one, please let me know!
$ In the place of "Interlude (Milo)" from the album. Just a short rant from Isaac comparing the venue (Fox Theatre in Atlanta, to be specific) to a castle. I thought it was funny, so I threw it in there.
% With members of Broken Social Scene.

Thanks a lot to all the individual tapers whose recordings I've used for this, and I hope you enjoy it.
