Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds

Position: way up high. This is an Imax style theatre, narrow and high. But the sound in the place is incredibly good. Forget your vertigo, dig the sonics!!

Here is one of the earliest of the 2017 shows. We had some great recordings from the Australian and US tours and then we enjoyed the UK shows. There are many reasons I didn't complete the preparation of my recording earlier but here it is. I have played it on many occasions during the process and I can say it is well worth the wait for NC&BS fans. I thought another recording would show up but so far this is the first for this show to appear.

I was in tears while listening to the playback from Girl In Amber onwards, so if the tracking's out, just fix it! Sorry, but I don't know how he could have continued making music and doing concerts after the horrendous experience of losing his son. That said, this is one remarkably good show. Fortunately, the arseholes in the seats in front of us stopped talking after I asked them if they were going to continue their conversation after the intermission. There lies the reason why I didn't record the Necks - continuous loud blabbing about nothing of consequence. That said, this ranks among my most memorable concert experiences. My apologies for not sharing it earlier.
