from Nikki's website:

The first one of mine he recorded on camera was from The Village Underground in NYC on 5 April 2001. If you go to http://punkcast.com/48 you can see Joe Armstrong (bass), Stéphane Doucerain (drums), Sean Condron (guitar) and me battling our way through a simply smashing medley of Where The Rivers End / Quand Les Rivières Finissent.
We were on tour in the States at the time, but between the last gig and this one our Australian guitarist, Kevin Jay Lymn, had a nervous breakdown.
Joe had known Sean for years and asked him if he could fill in for Kevin. Sean came down to the soundcheck and did an admirable job on songs he’d never at this and the next show at Maxwell’s in Hoboken.

I wanted to continue as a three-piece but Joe was ken on getting Sean to play on much of the rest of the tour.
After the Village Underground show I ended up meeting Claudine ‘Kitty’ Fires, ex-Panther Burns guitarist.
We had a long chat that night and she said she’d love to join us for the rest of the jaunt. I told the others that we had a new female guitarist.
Claudine grew up down Memphis way and had a rockabilly lilt to her playing which added something different to the band
