new transfer for this torrent

Sound quality is VG/VG+ which is great for this era. Samples provided.

note: I got both these tapes from the person I believe to be the taper. I believe this to be a 1st gen source, but I can't 100% guarantee this. This is an upgrade from an earlier tape I had of only the 1st 2 sides, and that was a source I got when SRV was living, so it was pretty good and not that gen'd down, but this is better and longer.
To my ears, the sound improves from Hideaway on, which is a new set.

I cut out a little crowd noise after set 2 as there was no music, then again there was a level adjustment after the first song of set 3 and I cut out a loud burst of audience noise.

Setlist:
01 May I have a talk with you (starts in progress slightly)
02 Letter to my Girlfriend
03 Tell me
04 Wham
05 Manic Depression
06 Lenny
07 instrumental (Frosty, I think)
Stevie takes 'A pause for the cause' [end of set 1]
08 Start of set, someone sings part of "happy birthday"
09 boilermaker
10 close to you
11 You'll be mine
12 Empty Arms (tape flip, a few seconds of intro cut)
13 Dirty Pool [long and smokin']
14 Slide Thing
15 I'm Leavin' You Baby (commit a crime)
16 Texas Flood
This is where I split disc 2, but you could do it earlier.

17 Drivin South (great version)>Third stone [sort of, Hendrixian sound effect clinic]
18 The Wham (again)
start of second set or second show (taper labled as second show, sounds like 3rd set to me)
19 Hideaway
20 So Excited
21 Love in vain
22 The sky is crying (Stevie plays it with a slide this time!)
23 Lovestruck Baby
24 May I have a talk with you (again)
25 Thunderbird
26 You done Lost Your good thing now (real long and real good!)
27 Woke up this mornin' (cuts)

I doubt the show was actually over at this point, but this is all there is.
