from DIMENEW collection # 217

Rec. Info:
DPA 4061 -> Roland D-26 (at WAV 16/44) -> SD -> HD -> WeTransfer -> my HD -> Audacity (edit/volume boost only) -> WAV 16/44 -> TLH8 -> FLAC -> DIME -> YOUR EARS AND MIND...
Superb recording, almost perfect. No chatters or other disturbing occurances audible. Overall sound might be a bit muffled to my rotten ears due to the mixing board...
All thanks to Koeln (or some may say Cologne) to the matertaper, dear DIMENEW. Thanks for letting me share this here on DIME.

As I'm not very familiar with this fine experimental krautnoise band from New York City, I rather keep my "editor's lines" short. A real mindblowing performance from MIchael Gira
and his band captured in the probably best possible way. All in here: Destructured Noise Rock, heavy pumping "CAN"-like repetitive krautrock rhythms, shaman chants culminating in
a maelstrom of avantgarde almost freejazz climax. I would've liked to be at this show, cause it sounds real fun to my ears and mind. SB.
