Notes:
"For those of you who were here when we played at 9:30..." David Byrne says before
'Sugar On My Tongue' and that sent me on a search for the proper date of this show.
Took a bit of checking around, but eventually I found a PDF file (enclosed with this torrent)
by Louisfyne that contains an extensive and seemingly well informed listing of Talking Heads
shows with setlists. It lists a Talking Heads show with the exact same setlist of this show here,
which took place at the Jabberwocky, except it's from january 1977 and not from 1976 as
written on the cassette here - but that is close enough for me to make sense.
So I am sticking with his date, except because of David's quote from above I believe that
he got the setlists for the early and late shows mixed up and this here is actually the late show.
If anyone knows better - please let us all know!

The sound quality is mostly excellent, except the drums are often quite distorted from high
recording levels, especially so the cymbals. Still, this is a very enjoyable listen and a great
show with a rare performance of 'Sugar On My Tongue'. Highly recommended!

I downloaded this show as one long flac file from madtapers blog; so I split the tracks, added
a fade in and a fade out at the very beginning and end, removed a few seconds of doubled music
at the end of 'Psycho Killer' and edited out as best as I could a fraction of a second dropout near
the end of 'Take Me To The River' (which you will probably still detect when you listen closely).

Other than that i didn't do anything to the original file - especially no NR or EQing.
Added ffp and md5 files, wrote up this info file, and tagged the flac'ed individual tracks.
Hope you enjoy the result!

Split, edited, flacced, tagged & seeded on DAD by surfling june 2012.

All thanks go to madtaper Hans and of course to Chris Frantz for allowing him to share his tapes.

Enjoy!
