Mastering Notes:
It seems that Steve accidently turned off (or paused) the recorder just as "War Pigs" was about to start. Fortunately he was running a second
Tascan DR-2d deck, using the internal mics. I have spliced the end of that source onto the end of this one to make a complete show. No
fluctuation in sound that my old ears can determine.

Show Notes:
There are times in your life when you feel you're there at a moment in time where history is being made. When Chris Cornell is so incredibly
chatty you learn something about the 'scene' that created part of the soundtrack of your life. When the throb of the music goes right through
you. When you pick such a killer GA seat that no flaws appear on the recording. When you hear sounds come from amplifiers you've never heard
before. When the combination of instruments onstage creates a wall of sound that hits you like a ten-ton heavy thing in your junk. When you
anticipate the opening line of "Stardog Champion" and the reaction of the crowd weeks in advance. When the 4 minutes that "Pushin Forward
Back" is played and you dissolve into a pool of goo. Where you watch indulgence meet orgasm during "Achilles Last Stand". When 7000 people
come together and it feels as if the walls and ceiling disappear and the music is the only thing holding everyone up. When you meet for the
first time people you chatted with on FB for years (or even when you run into people at a show for the very first time that you traded Janes
Addiction tapes with 20+ years ago, as they recognize your ugly mug from the dump known as "Vaguebook"). When you realize on Saturday that you
purchased 2 one way tix to LA on Sunday weeks in advance because you were so excited to be witnessing a moment in history that you never
thought would exist.

This was one of those times.

HUGE thanks to the inimitable Mr. Orr for his kindness in the quick turnaround, and if you kids are good, you may get more tasty treats from
the sonic headspace of Space Cookies (110mg per). Like tonights show, and LA....
