Show Notes:
Night 2 of a personal 3 night run (headed to LA as I type this in the SFO airport), and it's pretty fair to say that this was/is THE show of
the tour (so far). 2 FTP's ("Hey Baby" by Hendrix and "Holy Holy" by Bowie), and just a blistering overall performance. The roar of the crowd
during the opening strains of "War Pigs" was equal to or exceeded the roar when Chris sang the opening line of "Stardog Champion" on Friday
night (the "San Francisco-oh" lyric went right over the heads of the audience on Saturday). Both shows were very well attended and both were
like religous experiences, regardless your feelings about religion. Cornell's voice just got stronger and stronger as the night wore on, and
you could tell they were in a pretty good mood both nights, as Chris was a Chatty Cathy, sans the bulk of the political overtones that Eddie
would imbue on such a proceeding. Still can't believe it happened, and still can't believe that I was a part of something so special. I truly
believe they're going to take this tour 'nationwide' next spring, which would be amazing in its own right. I ran 2 video cameras (a 'zoom cam'
and a 'static cam') both nights, and I gotta say I believe both were nailed to the wall.

HUGE thanks to the inimitable Mr. Orr for such a quick turnaround. In a sonic sense, these were easily in the top 10 shows I've ever attended,
ever (I average 40-50 shows a year)...and I think the SS mics did a great job of documenting the proceedings (as always). Will try and send him
LA immediately after, so all can share in the magic that happened. Be well TTD, be well.
