Big thanks to the original taper, and to the trader (Peter) who hooked me up with a copy.
I originally mastered this 2009-09-27.
The right channel was low & I balanced it out a bit on the computer, plus added track marks before each piece.
Also, the volume levels between the tape segments weren't balanced on the tapes I got, and I normalized them all to be in sync.
(The middle long tape segment was skewed quieter than the remainder of the show.)
All fades were present on the source.
NOTES
Act One finale track Fire Fall is missing on the source tape here, and King Of Kings fades in missing a bit of the start.
My source tape had overlap of the music onto another tape side in two places, and I was able to seamlessly edit them together in both spots.
There's a cut a minute into God's Magic Finger, hadta go back & confirm it's like that on the source (it is).

By ear, this had always sounded like a mono tape to me, but it's really stereo.
I couldn't tell until the source was rebalanced better, showing the peaks crossing like they oughta.
It's fairly muddy, with a weird faint "fast-vibrating-crackle" sound in the background.
I picked a sample from Cain And Abel so you could hear some of this.
At the beginning of act one, there's some "click & pop"-type sounds that look like it came from a CDR & not the Sony UX-S tape it's really from.
(This tape predates CDR trading, so I doubt it came from one in its lineage.)
It's not present through the whole show, and I didn't try to go back & fix all of that.
'Twas a lotta work to get the rebalancing & normalizing done as it was; if you wanna improve it, feel free.
Audio anomalies aside, it's a fine show.

WORMWOOD TITLES
The Wormwood Live CD notes "Skull Prayer", but the same song is noted as "Un-American Band" on Roadworms.
The new Abraham & David segment pieces were said to have various titles at the time of the tour / before the Wormwood Live CD came out.
The Wormwood Live CD clears this all up by... conveniently just calling it all "Abraham" & "David"; I chose to break them out.
Following that logic, "Bridegroom Of Blood" should've just been named "Moses" on the Wormwood Live CD - but no.
Now that that's all clear, call 'em what you want, just don't call me later for dinner.

Filenames have numbers on the end that are the TIMES (ex. - "...-359" is 3min59sec long).
One track has "EX" in the filename, because exclamation points aren't allowed in filenames.
Some tracks have "CO" in the filename, because a colon isn't allowed in filenames.
I mark the start of tracks when the music or count-in begins, not the talking about it before it starts.
