Well, I'm finally getting around to digitizing my 700+ cassettes (at my wife's insistence--she wants them out of the house), so I'm going to start posting some goodies here. I taped many a show in the Toronto area from the late '80's to the late '90's, and also recorded a lot of radio broadcasts, mostly from CFNY, 102.1 in Toronto. Hope you stumble across something you like, or even a show you were at!

Been quiet for a little while, but here's another one. Keep in mind not all the tapes are shows--some are just mixed tapes or albums I recorded over the years, which of course I won't be posting. Anyway, here's a gem for you.

The Waterboys--El Mocambo, Toronto, Canada, Dec. 1984 CFNY FM Broadcast, first Canadian show

Another great CFNY broadcast, this time the Waterboys first Canadian appearance, and at the legendary El Mocambo to boot. This is the complete broadcast off my FM master, but I doubt it's the whole show, as Mike states they're in for a long one. Somewhere, someone has all these CFNY master tapes--I wonder who? Anyway, great sound, great show.
