Notes:

Another soundboard tape from the 1979 Fall tour - this one ran circa 3.5% too fast.
As it’s a mono recording, I took the best sounding channel.
Summertime / Burma Shave is missing a part in the middle (around 4:05),
while On the Nickel is cut at the end. According to the Dutch Dogs website,
Pasties and a G-String was played just before On the Nickel
(which seems a bit odd as Tom already sang the lyrics during Trash Day).

By the way, I've never seen this mentioned before, but the lyrics to
The Ghosts of Saturday Night are actually combined with the music of
Victor Young’s Stella by Starlight and (between 2:14-3:19) Bob Haggart’s
What’s New. Apparently it’s Greg Cohen who is playing the piano during this song.
