Story.....as Tom Waits would say:
I tried to record several shows during this tour with almost no sucess....
Milano: 18 July----> New handcrafted cable between the MR1 and the Battery Box failed.
Prague: 21 July 2008 Equipment got confisicated by Professional Security
Edingburgh 27 July 2008: Battery Box Failed; sounds like parts of way down in the hole on this recording....otherwise this would have been a near to perfect recording
No yelling, No loud clapping...you know what I mean.

Known flaws of this recording:
1. 1:18 Minutes into "Way down in the Hole"...The battery Box stops suppling power to the mics, therefore the sound is lacking bass and treble for the rest of the song.
2. 1:20 Minutes into "Tom Trauberts Blues" somebody breathes heavily in the mics on the way to take a leak or get another beer.
3. Two guys behind me constantly talking and also placing phonecalls during the show.
Nevertheless I am very pleased with this recording.....IMO besides the flaws it is one of the better ones of this Glitter and Doom Tour. And "Dirt in The ground" IMO is pure magic.

The Rat Cellar was a huge circus tent in the Phoenix Park and housed approximately between 4000-5000 people that night. To me it felt like beeing at the "Oktoberfest" in Munich, during the show it was a constant flow of people going to take a leak or getting another beer...

Edited and mastered by a good friend of mine...he decided to cut the show into 3 CDs
I stayed with that decision.... Please do not convert to a lossy format...Please support the artist by buying his releases and attend his shows If you are lucky enough to get a ticket...IMO its worth it.

If somebody could help with some artwork ....please feel free to do so and share it with me.
