LINEAGE:
AUD Master tape (recorded with built-in mics on Sony TCS-580V cassette recorder)-->CDR (via Sony RCD-WI recorder)-->WAV (extracted via Exact Audio Copy)-->edits in Goldwave-->FLAC-->you!

RECORDING NOTES:
- Although my recorder is a stereo recorder, there is some phasing in the original stereo recording. At the time of my original transfer (the day after the show), I didn't really notice the issue. Not sure why that is, but here in 2009 I noticed the problem. It made the recording sound fairly crappy, I must say. Therefore I took the liberty to make this a mono recording by copying the left channel to the right channel. Believe me, having it in mono this way makes for a MUCH better listening experience.

SHOW NOTES:
- This was Voivod's first show with Snake since he left the band in early 1994, and their first show since late 2000/early 2001 when the band essentially broke up.
- It was held in an upstairs room at the Hamilton record store (and record label) Sonic Unyon (pronounced "onion", even though Snake mistakenly refers to it during the show as "union"). Being this wasn't a "proper" club (it was almost like a rehearsal space), the sound system was less than stellar.
- Vincent Peake from Montreal's Groovy Aardvark played bass at this show (along with a shows a few days later in Toronto and Montreal)
- The band line-up:
Denis “Snake” Bélanger (vocals)
Denis "Piggy" D'Amour (guitars)
Michel “Away” Langevin (drums)
Vincent Peake (bass)
