Contrast clause : Nathans's Notes :

This upload is an upgrade and differs from http://www.dimeadozen.org/torrents-details.php?id=551626 The Wolf remaster in the following ways.

For this pitch corrected version, I used the audio from the Cold Beer on a Hot Night cd (Kiss the Stone KTS 170), as I think it's more natural sounding than the Wolf remaster. However, I you prefer the remaster and you want to adjust the speed yourself, here's the recipe:

Tracks 1-10 run approximately 3.0% too fast - after that the person who recorded the broadcast apparently flipped or switched the tape. I'm not sure what happened exactly but the last three songs seem less sped-up (2.0%). After pitch correcting both parts I did a crossfade to connect them.

On the KTS source there's just a second of applause after Tom Traubert's Blues and then Small Change starts abruptly (it's missing the first two notes of the sax intro). The Wolf remaster has a smoother transition as the tracks are crossfaded with a portion of the applause after the Band Introduction (the remaster is 37 seconds longer because of this repeat). I just kept it like it is on the original source.

With a Suitcase is usually not listed - it's a separate track here. By the way, the vamp during the Band Introduction is the same as the Emotional Weather Report performance in Seattle on October 7, 1978.
