As a bonus I added Tom’s performance of Old Boyfriends in The Tom and Dick Smothers Brothers Special I, recorded in Los Angeles on October 11, 1980.

Somebody remastered it and was kind enough to upload it to Dimeadozen.org recently (it ran about 3,5% too slow). Oddly enough,

you can hear a bass player (which sounds like Greg Cohen to me), but you can’t see him during the tv-performance. Anybody has an idea why’s that?

Notes:

This is a mono soundboard tape, and as far as I know the last recorded performance with the great Herbert Hardesty,

who sadly passed away last December. I came across two versions, one that seems to be the original recording and

the 2004 remaster by ‘Doctor Bob Gordon’. Both ran ca. 1,5% too slow. As the remasters suffers from a lot of noise

reduction, I prefer the original. Unfortunately the last part of Romeo Is Bleeding and most of Trash Day are buried

in digital clicks, so I used the remaster for those parts.
